Boxing-inspired HIIT classes designed to build conditioning, power, and agility.

Real combat training in boxing or Muay Thai, taught by experienced coaches.

HARDKNOX HAWKS

Built with the same structure as our adult program, these sessions focus on movement, skill, and confidence—scaled for kids and grounded in safety. With a mix of contact and non-contact training, they’ll learn real technique, build focus, and have fun doing it. No gimmicks. Just growth, one round at a time.
