Our Kids Classes offer a fun and engaging way for young athletes to develop essential skills and build confidence. With a variety of programs including MMA/JKD, Boxercise/Fitness, obstacle courses, and exciting games and competitions, we provide a well-rounded experience that goes beyond physical activity. Our classes focus on instilling discipline and life skills that will benefit kids both in and out of the gym, while also fostering peer bonding and socialization. Join us to give your child a positive, structured environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

YOUTH MMA/JKD (BOXING & MUAY THAI)

Our JKD (Jeet Kune Do) program, inspired by Bruce Lee, blends traditional martial arts with innovative techniques from karate, taekwondo, Wing Chun, and Kali. Meanwhile, our MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) classes incorporate modern techniques from boxing, Muay Thai, Savate, jiu-jitsu, judo, and wrestling. We use a unique ranking system that values daily conduct and skill development, with parents involved in the process. This approach promotes discipline, respect, and the holistic growth of mind, body, and spirit, all while making martial arts training fun and engaging.

YOUTH CONDITIONING, BOXERCISE, AND LOCOMOTION

Our P.E. (Physical Education) program complements our JKD/MMA training by enhancing movement patterns, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength. In Fight Conditioning, we focus on drilling techniques learned in JKD/MMA classes to refine skills through repetition. Additionally, Battle Games introduce competitive elements to stimulate a healthy competitive spirit, making training both challenging and engaging. Our locomotion class led by Coach Nikki is an age appropriate fitness class covering full-body workouts.
