Your certificate will indicate the number of classes/credits won. Each class is worth one credit (if you won 4 credits = 4 classes)! These credits may only be redeemed by one person, and they cannot be transferred between accounts. Once the first credit is used, the remaining credits will expire in 30 days (our standard timeline for credits; they do not rollover month-to-month).
To redeem your winnings, please visit us in-person or call 718-210-1465. This requires setting up a temporary member account and signing our safety waiver (via Glofox). You may also setup your account on your own time through the Glofox mobile app; do not purchase any memberships. Once your account is registered, just give us a call, and we'll handle the rest!
(NOTE: Our gym is "Hardknox Astoria" on the Glofox app — no space between "Hard" and "knox"!)
